The spaces we inhabit do more than surround us.
they shape how we feel, move and connect.
E+A Studio is an award-winning, polymath design studio based in Dubai. We move fluidly across architecture, interiors, landscape, urban design and storytelling to create environments that feel intentional, connected and deeply human-centred — grounded in neuroarchitecture. Born in Dubai, we blend design, culture and science.
Our method is grounded in neuroarchitecture. We work with neuroscience, environmental psychology and behavioural science, tested through technical tools and close observation on the ground. Every project is read for how a place performs and how people use it: proportion, light, materiality, planting, rhythm, microclimate, movement.
Evidence and instinct work together here. Years of practice train the eye to feel what a space needs, and the science gives that intuition something to stand on. From this reading we set a measurable baseline before we design. It's what the design answers to, and what we return to once a place is built and lived in, so the outcome can be seen and understood rather than assumed.
It is a proprietary way of working, and a deliberate one. Most spaces are judged by how they look. We design for how they work on the people inside them, and we stay long enough to see that they do.
OUR METHOD
Place identity, narrative and design — not only a layout. We take a project from concept through to installed reality: one accountable studio, from first intent to production and site.

Leadership
Evgeniia Molchanova — Founder & Principal Architect
Evgeniia Molchanova is the Founder and Principal Architect of E+A Studio, an award-winning architect and executive-certified specialist in neuroarchitecture. With degrees in Architecture and Fine Arts, she integrates spatial strategy, artistic rigour and applied neuroscience to create environments that enhance human performance, well-being and social value.
She has led multidisciplinary projects across the public and private sectors, collaborating with institutions including The Executive Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Municipality. Her work is grounded in integrity, intention, and the belief that architecture directly shapes how people think, feel and interact.
Her practice is built on evidence, not aesthetics alone — bridging design and applied neuroscience through the Executive Course in Neuroscience and Design at Politecnico di Milano.
Elisabetta Lampedecchia — Partner, Institutional Positioning & Government Relations
Elisabetta is a global strategist and Senior Partner at E+A Studio, where she supports the firm's expansion and institutional positioning. With over 15 years of experience across more than 20 markets, her background spans diplomacy, strategic advisory, global media and venture ecosystems.
As a former Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member at Forbes, she led multi-country expansion initiatives and built platforms connecting governments, investors and cultural leaders. At E+A Studio, she strengthens the firm's role as a strategic partner for governments, developers and forward-thinking stakeholders shaping environments for long-term impact.
She operates at the intersection of design, diplomacy and culture — helping the studio translate creative vision into institutional and governmental relationships that endure.
Camila Rodriguez Rey — Urban Planner & Sustainability Lead
Camila is an urban planner, designer and sustainability specialist with over eight years of experience across the United States, the UAE and Latin America. Her work sits at the intersection of urban strategy, spatial design, climate resilience and community development — creating places that are both environmentally responsive and socially meaningful.
She has led multidisciplinary projects spanning public realm design, placemaking, mobility and community strategy, working with public institutions and design teams across diverse cultural and geographic contexts. Her approach pairs rigorous spatial analysis with a deep understanding of how people experience, navigate and shape their environments.
She holds AICP, LEED AP BD+C and WEDG credentials — bringing planning, design and sustainability together to develop resilient, people-centred urban environments.

We design for how environments shape the people inside them. Every space influences mood, focus, stress and connection — so we treat that influence as something to design on purpose, not leave to chance.
We understand a place through its character and its community before we shape it, combining spatial strategy, cultural context and applied neuroscience. In an industry full of repeated forms, our work stays distinctive because it begins with meaning, not style — each project made for the people who will actually use it.
-
Wellness is not a finish or a trend for us — it's measurable, and it's built into how a space works. We design for the body and the mind: natural light aligned to circadian rhythm, biophilia that lowers stress, acoustics that calm, and layouts that support movement and ease.
Because most of how a space makes us feel is shaped below conscious awareness, we design those cues deliberately — using neuroarchitecture to create environments that genuinely support how people feel, focus and rest, across homes, workplaces and public space.
-
Sustainability runs through every project as a value, not an add-on. We favour durable, locally sourced materials and low-impact methods, and integrate green infrastructure — native planting for biodiversity, daylight and energy-conscious design — so each environment is responsible as well as beautiful.
We pair traditional materials with modern technique to create low-maintenance spaces that respect cultural heritage while meeting today's environmental standards — the approach behind our public-realm work with Dubai's institutions.
-
We believe the next era of design is measured, not decorative — judged by how a place makes people feel, behave and remember, not only how it looks. As neuroscience, data and sustainability reshape the field, design becomes evidence-led.
That's the studio we're building: one that treats every environment as something that shapes human experience, and takes responsibility for doing it well.
